Stacey has worked in native title for more than a decade, with experience advising First Nations peoples in securing recognition of their rights, operating culturally responsive corporations and exercising their rights to protect and manage country and cultural heritage.  

Stacey also represents native title groups negotiating agreements for mining and renewable energy projects, with a focus on embedding self-determination and the principle of free, prior, and informed consent.
