Third Party Provider Panels

In instances where services and support cannot be performed by our team and are required through an external provider, we will engage third-party external service providers via our Third Party Provider Panels (TPPP) to deliver the required services.

We have two established TPPPs consisting of:

  • Legal professionals (solicitors and barristers).
  • Non-legal service providers (researchers, facilitators and other advisors and consultants).

These panels include industry leaders and professionals with the required skills and experience to assist First Nations people who are seeking formal recognition.

Individuals are appointed to our TPPPs following an application process and are eligible to receive funding if an assistance request is approved.
